Oman Legal Network site is the first specialized Omani legal site, as its name was changed from Al Hosani Legal network to the prevailing title so as to conform to the message it endeavored to deliver. It is considered the outlook through which the researcher can grasp knowledge of Omani law specifically and other laws generally. It comprises variable legal subjects including developmental phases of judiciary and law in the Sultanate of Oman while it aims at defining the Omani law with the relevant stages of its development since the dawn of the modern blessed renaissance era under the wise leadership of HM Sultan Qaboos Bin Said the Great may Almighty Allah preserves him. This site highlights the vital concepts in the Omani legislation especially after the release of the Judiciary Authority Law issued vide the Royal Decree number 90/99 that has made a qualitative change in the prospect. Thus the presence of such electronic law forum that everyone could refer to regarding the Omani Law and to be a reference to law scholars and researchers of great importance, and also an important reference through which knowledge seekers tend to avail legal information.



I have endeavored through this site to launch for the first time a special section through which the world would acknowledge the Omani law in a language other than the Arabic Language. This section is designed in English Language to introduce the Omani legislation and the judiciary system in Oman and the development enjoyed in this aspect so as to reflect the relevant developments and legislative achievements in an attempt to reflect an important part of the renaissance in Oman.



This site has passed a remarkable change as previously was named Al Hosani Legal network URL: www.alhosanilaw.net but after I introduced the Oman legal Network the situation necessitated that the site would be within the forum's title as such it was inevitable to change the name as prevailing now.



I tried very hard to categorize legal subjects and include the same in this site to facilitate looking into such information at fingerprints for all whether students, scholars or those of legal entities. I hope that I have succeeded in presenting even little out of extensive accumulated knowledge in this field, however I did my best and success is granted by God, thanking and praising Almighty Allah to preserve all those who helped and participated in this effort.
